Yum Yum Yum!
Your favorite pretzels plus peanut butter and chocolate make a great snack or gift – (thanks Momma Bailey ;))
Pretzels (any shape)
Natural Peanut Butter
Dark Chocolate (chips, bars, or baking chocolate)
Melt chocolate by boiling a small saucepan of water and place a steel or glass bowl over the water. Place chocolate in bowl and stir occasionally until melted. Turn heat to low.
Put a few table spoons of peanut butter in a bowl. If peanut butter is too thick, microwave for a few seconds until soft so you don’t break your pretzel.
Prepare a baking sheet lined with wax or parchment paper.
Now start your assembly line! Partially dip or coat pretzel in peanut butter, leaving a portion of the pretzel exposed. Lightly shake the excess peanut butter off. Dip pretzel in melted chocolate until peanut butter is covered. Shake excess chocolate off.
Place on baking sheet. When sheet is full place sheet in freezer or fridge to cool. When chocolate sets put in storage container of choice and enjoy!!
